I just want to thank you for your role in getting our playground equipment installed so promptly. I also want to let you know that the crew was wonderful as well. I believe Alex is the young man's name and he was so professional and polite as was the rest of the crew. It is so refreshing working with a company like Fry and Associates. As you have all proven, customer service is NOT dead. Thanks again and I am sure you will be hearing from us when we install another phase of our playground.  Kris Paola Preschool Â

I have nothing but positive things to say about the professionalism you have, the time you spend with your clients, and the quality of the equipment. Everything went so well and it was a fun project to be part of. This is your "thank you note"--because I couldn't have done this without all the advice you gave and the patience you had. Many, many thanks and know that you and your company will always get a referral from me, and likely everyone else who was part of this project. I need to tell you your company has a hell of an employee in Dustin, hope you can keep him on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had some problems on the build site, rain, mud,  hit a water line, flooded the build site, dug a new build site and were installing by 10:30 A.M. and he did not miss a beat. Very impressed with this young man, how he handled this and 35 volunteers yelling his name, and he kept them all on task!!!!. Thanks again for all your help on this entire project! Our whole community is in a little shock at what we’ve accomplished, and we realize we couldn’t have done it without you! We especially couldn’t have constructed the structure in a day without YOU, Kevin! Everyone feels like they can’t say enough of how awesome you were!!!!! THANK YOU! Here in Edina, the City fathers have been discussing the purchase of new playground equipment for about three years. There has been no new playground equipment at Miller Friendship Park for some 25 years. Quality playground equipment is horribly expensive and the City fathers didn't want to spend over $10,000.  A couple of months ago, I went to visit Scott Meredith, the director of Kirksville Parks and Rec. and he gave us a lot of good advice based on his hard earned experience. He hooked us up with Pat Puebla of Fry & Associates out of Kansas City.  Pat made the purchasing process a breeze. In his two visits with the City Council, they went from not having a clue what they wanted to ready to purchase right now.  To save $$$$, the City fathers decided we would put the equipment together ourselves, but we would pay Fry & Assoc. for their supervision package. Construction was scheduled for Saturday June 19th.  The night of June 18th, I had trouble sleeping because I was just like a kid at Christmas. I was so excited to begin construction.  Kelvin Gales of Fry & Assoc. showed up shortly after 7AM and it didn't take long to figure out that the supervision was money well spent as Kelvin knows every little trick in the book due to his 18 years of experience in the playground construction business. At 1:35PM, I signed off for Kelvin's paperwork with Fry that their part was done.  By shortly after 3PM, we were done with the border ( 8" X 8" X 8' white oak timbers from Cardwell Lumber of Novelty, MO) and had the wood fiber material in place to protect the little kiddies when they fall. Even though the border and fiber weren't part of Kelvin's job, his advice probably cut our time & labor at least in half. Ron York's tracked Cat skid-loader didn't hurt any either. We did our install on Sat, May 21. Ann was just delightful in scheduling the install and answering all of my questions. She delighted me and I told people about her and bragged about her for a week or more. Then on Saturday, I met Kevin-what a treasure he is! He is great working with people. I had 25 volunteers to help with the playground set up and he was warm, kind, friendly, motivating, directive and clear when working with these teams of people. He was also a delight. (So was his wife Christy who was also very helpful).  The install went very smoothly, even with the few bumps we faced. Our students will be thrilled in the fall with our new equipment. We also are expecting 2 more large pieces that we will be installing in a few weeks. Saturday was a very touching experience for me because of the volunteers who dedicated their time for our students and then for Kevin who understood that the day was more then just assembling equipment and getting it into the ground. It was about community building and making over 260 little students (k, 1st, 2nd) thrilled with their new playground! I am writing to let you know that the volunteers at Sidney, IA, and I were very impressed with Kevin Marshall’s work at our site on Saturday.   He was very knowledgeable and was able to guide our volunteers in such a way that everyone felt needed and well instructed in what to do. We completed the construction in far less time that we expected. Thank you for sending such a qualified individual to our site to supervise our installation! Kevin was great and the children are really enjoying the play structure!
